The Oxtail Mash Up is a culinary competition that brings together some of the industry’s favorite chefs, bartenders, artists, and DJs for a glorious evening of food and drink.

In grand style, we ‘mash up’ food, drink, art, and music to create a spirited competition in the lush garden of Project Row Houses, where resident artists will exhibit in PRH’s venerable open studios.

THE OXTAIL EXPERIENCE

CHEF COMPETITION

The evening will feature stellar oxtail creations from each chef, battling it out for smack talking rights. Chefs are challenged to create their most inventive and tasty dishes.

BARTENDER COMPETITION

This year we’ve added and additional element! The bartenders will throw their hat in the ring to create their best cocktail.

Two winners will be crowned  for Chef & Bartender.
